Fundo Tic-Toc

517 acres/231 hectares; acquired in 1994
Project of Peter Buckley and Empresas Verdes LLC Chile
Lakes Region, Chile

This property is a remnant from the large donation of land to the Chilean parks service that created Corcovado National Park. CONAF has decided not to currently house rangers in Tic-Toc, but the facilities are being maintained by the existing caretaker who operates a small guesthouse on the farm. In the future, Tic-Toc will be donated to the national park.
